Admission Statistics Reports

The report includes the number applications, admissions offers, and enrollments for first-time degree-seeking undergraduates

Enrollment Statistics Reports

  • Student Enrollment Report

This report shows the enrollment of degree-seeking students by geographic origin, gender, race/ethnicity, and Pell grant eligibility.

  • Enrollment by Major/Program – Trends Report

This report shows trends of degree-seeking student enrollment by major/program. Clients may select specific combinations of program levels, schools, and/or departments to view relevant student groups.

  • Enrollment by Major/Program – Snapshot Report

This report is a snapshot of degree-seeking student enrollment by major/program. Clients may select specific combinations of program levels, schools, and/or departments to view relevant student groups.

Undergraduate and Graduate Achievement Data Reports

  • Retention and Graduation Rates Report

The Retention and Graduation Rates report contains the first-year retention rate of the first-time, full-time freshmen, as well as the 4-, 5-, and 6-year graduation rates for these freshmen cohorts for the last ten years.

  • Degrees Awarded

The Degrees Awarded report presents the count of Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees for the last five academic years either by Gender and/or by School. The figure presents a visual of the trend over time.

  • Majors Completed

The Majors Completed report presents the count of Majors by Degree and by School for the last five academic years. Individual Majors, Schools, and Program Level may be selected.

Licensing Exam Passing Rates

  • The Licensing Exam Passing Rates Report

The report provides statistics on the number of students who attempted and passed tests in professional field. Tests include Fundamentals in Engineering Exam of the National Council for Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) necessary to become a licensed Professional Engineer, the Educator Certification Exam of the State Education Agency for students pursuing a high school teaching career, and others.

  • First Destination After Graduation Reports
    • A Summary Report

The Summary Report presents visuals and statistics on the first destinations of undergraduates graduating in a previous year including percent working, pursuing additional education, and seeking employment. Also illustrates top graduate schools, starting salaries, and top ten industries.

    • Further Education: Admission to Graduate and Professional Schools Report

The Admission to Graduate and Professional Schools report presents information on recent graduates whose first destination after graduation was to pursue additional education. Filters allow for selecting School, Major, Graduate Area of Study, Graduate Degree Pursuing, Name of Graduate School, and Undergraduate Degree Year. Visuals show the distribution by Area of Study as well as Graduate Degree Pursuing. These calculations only include students whose first destination is pursuing additional education.

    • Employment

The Employment report presents information on recent graduates whose first destination after graduation was to be employed. Filters allow for selecting School, Major, Employer, Industry, and Degree Year. Visuals show the distribution by Industries as well as by the status of those pursuing employment but not further education.

    • Internship Participation

The Internship Participation report provides the percentage of graduates that interned sometime during their time at the institution. It also lists the Internship Companies that hosted the students, as well as details about their internships.

This report shows the counts of alumni and degrees by degree level.

  • Geographic Distribution Summary Report

This report shows the number of alumni distributed in geographic locations in the U.S. and around the world.

  • Geographic Distribution – US Report

This report shows the geographic distribution of alumni in the U.S.

  • Geographic Distribution – International Report

This report shows the geographic distribution of alumni internationally.

Faculty & Staff Reports

  • Faculty Appointments Report

This report shows faculty headcount by school, appointment type, tenure status, and academic rank.

  • Faculty Attributes

This report shows faculty headcount by school, gender, and race/ethnicity and international status.

  • Postdoctoral Appointments

This report is a historical view of postdoctoral appointments by school and department, center, or institute.

  • Staff

This report shows the headcount and FTE of non-instructional staff by occupational categories, gender, and citizenship and race.

Financial Resources Reports

  • Consolidated Budget Report

This report includes the annual capital budget, operating budget, and total budget for up to the last 10 years.

  • Sponsored Research

This report displays the end-of-fiscal year sponsored research expenditures by federal, foundations, and other funding sources for the last ten fiscal years.
